ABOUT US

Created in 2018, the University of Tampa Women’s Ice Hockey Team is headed into its 5th year of play. The team is comprised of athletes from across the United States and Canada. The Spartans have recently joined AAU’s College Hockey South as a member of their brand new Women’s division. Previously, the Spartans competed in the Florida Women’s Hockey League.

The Spartans had their inaugural 2023-24 season within College Hockey South. They compete against the University of South Florida, the University of Miami, the University of Georgia, University of Alabama, Auburn, Southern Georgia, and the University of South Carolina.
